Background

PICKEAT is a personalized health-coaching app for users managing diabetes, hypertension, and nutritional intake.
Users can track meals through photos, monitor sodium/sugar/calories automatically, manage exercise routines and habits, and consolidate blood sugar / blood pressure data for structured health management.
South Korea is one of the fastest-aging countries in the world, with rapidly growing demand for chronic-disease management.
To tap into this expanding health-tech market, PICKEAT required a strategy that secured app installs → active usage → long-term retention.

What we did

We ran an integrated performance-marketing strategy combining Google Ads App Install Campaigns + META Performance + demographic-based targeting optimization.Based on Korea’s age distribution (40s–60s) and increasing chronic-care demand, we focused on segments with the highest conversion efficiency.
