Background
For foreign visitors traveling in Korea, prepaid transportation and retail cards are essential payment methods. To promote tourism and lifestyle experiences in Korea, we carried out influencer marketing campaigns in China using prepaid cards, and conducted additional promotional activities targeting international tourists.
What we did
By utilizing Xiaohongshu (RED) — one of China’s most popular social media platforms for discovering Korean travel destinations — we collaborated with influential Chinese creators to produce and share promotional content. Through product sponsorships and lifestyle vlogs showcasing the use of EZL cards during their stay in Korea, we significantly increased brand exposure and engagement.
